Youth along with civil society activits staged protest against controversial recruitment rules of school education department & SPSC advertisement Number 04/2019 which was

released on 22-02-2019 for the appointments of Taluka Education Officer, Assistant Education Officer &

Subject Specialists. Protest rally was

taken out from old campus & reached

at the press club hyderabad. The

protesting functionaries included majority of youth hold placards ban-

ners raising slogans "We Reject Re-

cruitment Rules" "We want equal op-

portunity in job recruitment process. They told

to media that controversial recruitment rules & SPSC advertisement

04/019 are purely discriminatory &

rackless in which thousands of unemployed masters degrees holders are

not allowed to appear in SPSC examination whereas dummy degrees

of specified private universities of

karachi & IBA are included as qualification criteria in SPSC advertisement.We reject it." Protesters also

raised concern over the management

cadre. They told that the management cadre imposed in 2014 is main

reason behind this controversy. They

said that few days ago minister of education & literacy department sindh

syed sardar shah has also rejected

these recruitment rules before the media. Protesters appealed to the ChJustice of Pakistan,Chief Justice of

order action against the controversial

recruitment rules & SPSC advertisement 04/2019 .Provide equal opportunity to all unemployed youth. They

threatened to stage a protest outside

the building of the Sindh provincial

assembly & Chief Minister House on

next week if their demands were not

accepted.
